What we aim for
What we help businesses achieve
These are the goals we work towards with clients. What any particular project
achieves depends on the project, and we agree that with you up front rather than
promising it here.
Reduce repetitive work — take the manual steps people repeat every day and let software do them.
Connect business systems — stop the same information being re-entered in two or three places.
Improve data organisation — get records into a shape you can search, filter and rely on.
Make websites easier to keep current — routine updates requested in plain language, without a long back-and-forth.
Build software around actual operating needs — fitted to how your business already runs, not to a generic template.
How we operate
From first conversation to handover
This is how an engagement runs. It is the shape of the work, not a fixed timetable
— durations depend on scope and are agreed with you.
Understand your goals and current workflow — what you are trying to achieve and how the work happens today.
Analyse requirements and constraints — what is fixed, what is flexible, what has to integrate with what.
Agree scope, pricing, responsibilities and milestones — in writing, before paid work begins.
Build in reviewable stages — so you see progress and can redirect it rather than waiting for one big reveal.
Use AI-assisted tools with human review and testing — the developer on the job stays responsible for what ships.
Prepare launch, documentation and agreed handover or support — with the support arrangement agreed per project.
Deadline guarantee: Before work starts, we agree the deadline with you in writing. If we miss that deadline through our own fault, you don’t pay. To keep the deadline, you provide requirements and complete your testing and feedback on time.
How we measure success
Acceptance criteria you agree in advance
Every project gets its own definition of done. Before the build starts we agree what
the software has to do for you to consider it delivered, and that is what we test
against. We do not publish success metrics for past projects, because those numbers
belong to our clients and we have not asked permission to share them.
What acceptance criteria tend to look like in practice:
A working inquiry or ordering journey, end to end
Less duplicate data entry between systems
Content updates that are quick to request and easy to review
Clearer job and crew information for the people in the field
Integrations that keep working once we have handed over
Global collaboration
Los Angeles base, international reach
Based in West Covina, California, we collaborate across Eastern and Western time zones to
coordinate development and client communication.
Teams in Eastern and Western time zones extend our working day, so work moves
forward across more hours; we agree communication hours with you per project.
Network installation is physical work. Residential networking and home PC repair are delivered within roughly
40 miles of West Covina; business networking across the greater Los Angeles area.
Websites, custom software, mobile apps and AI automation are delivered remotely to
clients in the US, Canada, Europe and the UK. See where we cover.
AI-assisted, human-accountable
AI helps us build. People are responsible for it.
We use AI-assisted tooling in day-to-day development — writing and refactoring
code, generating test cases, and drafting documentation. It is a tool in the
workflow, the way an IDE or a linter is.
Technical decisions, code review, testing and delivery remain the responsibility of
the developer on the job. Nothing reaches your site or your users because a model
produced it; it reaches them because one of us reviewed it, tested it and decided it
was right. If something we ship is wrong, that is ours to answer for.
We do not claim this automatically makes a project cheaper or faster. Where it does
save time, that shows up in the hours you are billed, because we bill for the hours
the work actually takes.
Describe the problem and we will tell you how we would approach it, what it is
likely to involve, and where it falls in our rate range. The initial consultation
and scope estimate are free, with no obligation.
