Zulu Estate Media: selling visual work with visual work
A property media studio whose entire product is how good something looks. The site had to carry that standard on the first screen, or the pitch undercuts itself.
What this needed to solve
Media studios have a credibility problem that most businesses do not: the website is a direct sample of the work. A slow, cluttered or visually flat site tells an agent that the photography and video will be flat too, whatever the copy claims.
The second problem is comparison. Agents shopping for property media are comparing deliverables and turnaround across several studios at once, and a site that hides what is actually included forces them to email for basics — which usually means they email somebody else instead.
What the build includes
A site that leads with the work and makes the offer legible without a phone call.
- A full-bleed cinematic hero that functions as the first portfolio piece rather than decoration
- A media services section covering the studio’s range, including 3D walkthroughs, drone videography and HDR photography
- Featured showcases presenting completed property work
- Packages laid out so an agent can compare what is included without emailing for a list
- An included-specs breakdown covering deliverables and ratios
- A direct booking path from any point in the page
- Structured data so the studio and its services are machine-readable
What it runs on
Confirmed by inspecting the live site.
- WordPress — the client retains editorial control over showcases and packages without developer involvement
- JSON-LD structured data — the business and its media services are described for search engines
- Image-led responsive layout — the hero and showcase imagery scale across viewport sizes
What ZuluLab did
ZuluLab lists Zulu Estate Media among its delivered projects. The site is live and public, and it is the honest way to assess the work.
We publish no engagement metrics, booking figures or revenue claims for this project. Those belong to the client, and we have not asked to publish them.
