AI calling agent and voice automation

We built our own AI voice calling agent. VoiceCore handles inbound and outbound calls on its own — qualifying leads, booking appointments, answering support queries — and hands off to a human only when it matters.

Delivered remotely. We are based in West Covina, California, and work with clients in the US, Canada, Europe and the UK, scheduling across Eastern and Western time zones. USD $30–$100/hr depending on the type of work. Request a free initial analysis. Frequently connected to a custom web or mobile application, and to Construction Resource Management System where calls need to create or update jobs.

What’s included

What VoiceCore and our automation do

A calling agent that holds a real conversation, plus the workflow automation that acts on what it hears.

Understands intent, not keywords

VoiceCore picks up intent mid-sentence rather than waiting for a trigger phrase, so callers can speak normally instead of navigating a phone tree. It replies without the pause that makes automated systems obvious.

Inbound and outbound calls

It takes calls and makes them. Qualify inbound enquiries, chase outbound lists, confirm appointments, and run follow-ups — at volumes a human team cannot sustain without hiring.

CRM, calendar and ticketing

It books into your calendar, updates your CRM and opens or routes tickets directly. The call is not useful unless the record it produces lands where your team already works.

Your persona, your rules

Voice, tone, persona and decision logic are all configurable, with multilingual support. It should sound like your business, not like a generic bot.

Transcription, scoring, analytics

Every call transcribed, scored and searchable in real time. You can see what callers actually ask for, where the agent struggles, and which conversations deserve a human.

Workflow automation behind it

Inbound forms, calls and tickets parsed by intent and urgency, action playbooks that fire automatically, and escalation with a context-rich summary when confidence drops or revenue intent rises.

Who it’s for

Where it earns its keep

Construction Restaurants Real estate Clinics Trades & home services

Sales teams

Outbound lists that never get worked and inbound enquiries that go cold overnight. VoiceCore qualifies first so your team only spends time on high-intent conversations.

Support teams

Repetitive first-line questions that do not need a person. The agent answers what it can, opens a ticket for what it cannot, and hands over with the full context attached.

Service businesses

Appointment-driven operations — trades, clinics, salons — where a missed call is a lost booking and nobody is free to answer the phone mid-job.

How we work

Getting an agent live

We start narrow, prove it on real calls, then widen scope.

  1. 01

    Map the calls

We listen to what actually comes in: the five questions that make up most of your call volume, where callers get stuck, and which calls genuinely need a person. That defines scope.

  2. 02

    Build the agent

Persona, voice, decision logic and integrations configured against your CRM, calendar and ticketing. We script the handoff rules as carefully as the conversation itself.

  3. 03

    Pilot on real calls

It runs on a defined slice — one number, one campaign, or out-of-hours only — while you review transcripts and scoring. Nothing widens until the pilot holds up.

  4. 04

    Scale and tune

Coverage widens as the transcripts justify it. Call patterns shift over time, so tuning is ongoing rather than a one-off configuration.

Pricing

AI calling agent pricing

Cost depends on call volume, how many integrations are involved, and how much custom decision logic the conversation needs. A single out-of-hours booking line is a very different build to a multi-campaign outbound operation wired into a CRM. Tell us roughly how many calls you handle a week and what you want the agent to do with them.

Pilot

One line or one campaign, run alongside your team.

Questions

AI voice agent FAQ

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

They should, and we build it that way. The agent discloses that it is an automated assistant — it is increasingly a legal requirement in several jurisdictions, and more practically, callers who are misled and then find out are far angrier than callers who were told up front. Disclosure does not hurt the outcome nearly as much as people expect.

What happens when the agent cannot handle a call?

It hands off. You set the rules — a confidence threshold, specific topics, an explicit request for a human, or a deal size worth escalating. The handoff carries a summary of the conversation so far, so the person picking up is not starting from scratch and the caller does not repeat themselves.

Does it integrate with our CRM and calendar?

Yes, that is most of the value. A call that does not update a record is just a conversation. VoiceCore writes to your CRM, books into your calendar and opens or routes tickets. Tell us what you use and we will confirm the integration before you commit.

How is this different from an IVR phone menu?

An IVR makes the caller do the work of navigating your org chart. VoiceCore listens to a sentence and acts on it, including when the caller says something you did not anticipate. It also completes the task — booking the slot, updating the record — rather than routing the caller to someone who will.

What languages does it support?

Multiple languages, and it can switch mid-call when a caller does. Ask us to confirm coverage for the specific languages you need. Worth testing with your actual accents and vocabulary during the pilot rather than taking a language list at face value — domain-specific terms are usually what trips voice systems up, not the language itself.

How quickly can we get a pilot running?

The build is rarely the slow part. What takes time is deciding the handoff rules and getting access to the CRM and calendar. Tell us what you want the agent to do and we will scope the pilot, including whether your call volume justifies one at all.

Can an AI agent answer our business calls?

Yes — that is what VoiceCore does. It answers inbound calls and places outbound ones, understands what the caller wants, and either handles the request or passes it to a person with the context attached. Callers are told they are speaking to an automated assistant.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. VoiceCore connects to your calendar and ticketing system, so it can qualify a caller and book the appointment in the same call rather than taking a message for someone else to action.

How much does an AI voice agent cost?

Build and configuration are billed at our standard range of USD $30–$100 per hour depending on the type of work. Every deployment differs in call volume, integrations and decision logic, so we price it after the free initial analysis rather than quoting a flat figure here.
